Our Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, The Dua Journal gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund of product price within 30 days of original purchase, except on final sale items and if otherwise stated.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of use including writing and other marks.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
Shipping Damage: While we do our best to ensure that our products are packaged in a way that keeps them safe during transit, once in a while the postal service will cause damage to the journal in the course of delivery. If your journal arrives in a clearly damaged condition, there are two steps to take.
1. Call your local post office to file a formal complaint. Let them know that your package was handled in a rough manner that resulted in it arriving damaged.
2. Send us an email at salaam@theduajournal.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage to the packaging and journal(s). We will instruct you on how to return the journal to us and receive a refund or exchange.
How to Complete a Return
US Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, we can create a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Please note that $5 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise. However, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange.

International Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can submit your return for a refund by reaching out to salaam@theduajournal.com. *Please note that we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international returns.
